We help our customers to avoid training and technical knowledge formation costs expend on specific plans for a possible investment in automation or implementation of modern production improvement methods.

In other words, we work in necessary technical areas to productive enterprises, taking care of the non-core knowledge and activities, avoiding the creation of undesirable internal fixed overhead costs for temporary activities.

AT has its initial expertise in painting application and on dedicated systems for powder or liquid paints, electrostatic or conventional, automatic or manual, always using the most modern resources, as well as programs and addressed dedicated methodologies.

Expanding its range of expertise, AT AutoTech supports various investments in creation and implementation of productive processes.

Since research and sizing of the target market, until the full definition of automated systems, including preparation and training of the involved personnel and definition of result’s control parameters.

Several other needs were noted during its activities and AT designed and built machines and automatic systems dedicated to different market segments. The series MAP for high productivity paint and adhesive application and machines for emptying of bottles and aerosols – MEV series are significant examples.

Complement these activities and in partnership with the Swedish OCS and the American INTELLITRAK enterprises, applying the newest technology in Conveyors AT is able to supply the OCS own technology’s conveyor line as much as complete conveyor systems with very exclusive capabilities.

From its research and development vein, sketches of high capacity machines and automated systems for various branches are being created. New technologies are being developed and tested.
Ranging from disposable diapers, nail enamels disposal, reuse of small containers materials and unconventional use of renewable energy and water are among some actual research.
